Third Horizon is seeking information from experienced proposal writers interested in supporting the development of high-quality, competitive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related solicitations—particularly those with a track record of success in federal, state, and local government procurements.
Information gathered through this RFI will be used to evaluate potential partners and develop a shortlist of writers for future proposal support engagements. Submission of an RFI response does not guarantee selection or future work; however, selected respondents may be invited to participate in follow-up interviews.
